The West Valley Human Services Alliance improves the quality of life in the West Valley.
This is done through the collaboration of its members including government, nonprofit, community, and faith-based entities that identify human services needs/issues, develop effective intervention/collaborative plans, and implement those plans.
The Alliance is the result of mergers between three groups and a broad based collection of community representatives in 2005. The Alliance is the central forum for human services planning in the West Valley. Members include an impressive array of private businesses, faith based organizations, non-profit agencies, municipal staff, elected officials, grass roots people, government agencies, schools and law enforcement personnel.
Our strengths include a broad membership, rich networking opportunities and a holistic view of the community. Diverse perspectives nurture practical plans that will improve the quality of life in the West Valley for everyone. The future direction of the Alliance includes creating a unified mission, building on the strengths already present in the West Valley and developing constructive strategies for resolving challenges collectively.

- April 28, 2008 – Homelessness Panel, the start of West Valley Project Connect
